Senior Marketing Specialist Healthcare

Ecolab's healthcare division is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the Healthcare Marketing Team. This role is pivotal in executing the marketing strategy for Europe, requiring strategic and tactical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales growth, retention, and profitability through strategic planning and marketing programs.
• Develop deep customer and market insights via VOC, field visits, and industry associations.
• Drive total solutions for healthcare segments, focusing on IP stakeholders.
• Contribute to digital marketing strategy development and execution.
• Manage KOL networks and develop marketing campaigns and customer events to enhance brand awareness.
• Plan and execute product launches, manage product phase-in and phase-out, and collaborate across functions including Sales, R&D, and Scientific Marketing.
• Travel approximately 25% for customer interactions and team support.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare marketing and working within healthcare environments.
• Experience in matrix organizations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Preferred location: Barcelona area, Spain.
