Art Director / Studio Lead

We are looking for an Art Director / Studio Lead with a strategic mindset and strong creative leadership skills to elevate and evolve its brand imagery.

Key responsabilities :

• Lead, own, develop and evolve the brand imagery.
• Lead and nurture the studio team — challenging, guiding and developing talent.
• Stay updated on fashion trends to ensure our approach remains modern and relevant.
• Bridge creativity with performance : ensure all studio outputs — from shooting direction to final imagery — are not only visually strong, but also strategically aligned with performance, user behaviour and conversion goals.
• Play a key role in production, aligning closely with Creative Leads, BC Ops and the Head of Creative.
• Oversee the art direction of all content, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure all materials meet or exceed expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.

Contribute actively to ideation and creative conceptualisation.

What will make you succeed ?

• You have a strong eye for brand and visual storytelling — and can translate creativity into measurable impact .
• You’re familiar with A / B testing, conversion-focused visuals , and know how to iterate based on data and ecommerce strategy .
• You have proven experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design or Styling.
• You understand content production end-to-end, and know how to collaborate with photographers, stylists, casting and production — always balancing creative ambition with timelines and budgets.
