The Programme Specialist will report to the Programme Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme.

We are looking for a recruitment professional with excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and comfort working across the entire recruitment lifecycle. Previous experience in managing third-party vendors, onboarding, and compliance would be highly beneficial for this role.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing relationships with local hiring managers and handling their temporary recruitment requests.
  2. Recording and maintaining information regarding recruitment agency performance and hiring manager requirements.
  3. Conducting vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers, briefing third-party suppliers, screening incoming CVs, scheduling interviews, onboarding, and contractor management activities.
  4. Managing local relations with the client and agencies.
  5. Checking, uploading, and tracking invoices and approvals for payment.
  6. Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving local issues with the customer and agency.
  7. Monitoring achievement of local service level agreements.
  8. Providing statistical analysis support and other duties as required by the client.
  9. Providing periodic programme status reports to the Programme Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Dutch, Italian, and English.
  • Vendor management and service/managed service provider experience desirable.
  • Staffing industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Human resources experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to handle confidential issues.
  • Effective communication skills in writing, verbal, interpersonal, and presentations in English.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem solver.
  • Good understanding of financial data and invoicing.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with leadership qualities.
  • Proven experience in programme expansion and cross-selling within clients is a plus.
