  • Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle—from pre-sales to submission, post-bid follow-up, client presentations, site visits, and contracting—ensuring adherence to governance, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Develop and oversee the bid plan, coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g., business development, solution architects, internal departments, and third-party suppliers), facilitating collaboration, communication, and regular progress reviews.
  • Drive the creation and refinement of win strategies in partnership with key stakeholders; challenge and validate approaches to ensure alignment with client needs and competitive positioning.
  • Own the production and quality of proposal documents, including structure, content, and visual presentation, ensuring consistent messaging and use of reusable assets, knowledge libraries, and case studies.
  • Manage the clarification and review process, ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement and approvals, and continuously improve bid methodologies, tools, and content management for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Client Engagement

  • Actively participate in client presentations and site visits as part of opportunity development and bid support.

Bid Management Process and Resources

  • Own and enhance bid-related processes, documentation, tools, and methodologies to drive efficient and high-quality proposal development.
  • Improve bid efficiency over time by leveraging knowledge management, reusable content, and lessons learned from previous bids.

Proposal Development

  • Lead the development of high-quality, best-in-class proposal content and presentations with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ensure proposals meet high standards using industry tools (e.g., MS Office) and reflect the value and innovation of Concentrix's tech-led solutions.
