About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Associate on a fixed-term contract at Bunge, you will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (CoE). Your base will be in Barcelona, handling recruitment for South Europe, including our headquarters in Sant Just Desvern, and our plants in Barcelona, Bilbao, and Cartagena, as well as operations in France and Italy. You may be involved in local, regional, and global recruitment activities.

We provide a full-cycle recruitment experience for candidates, HR, and hiring managers. Your responsibilities will include supporting daily operations, developing and implementing recruitment processes, and engaging in projects related to Internal Mobility, Referral Programs, Onboarding, Employer Branding, University Recruitment, and Talent Community Development. We are also focused on improving our recruitment technology and methodologies.

Experience & Tasks

• Support daily recruitment operations and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of projects, processes, and systems.
• Collaborate with a diverse international and local HR team.
• Gain comprehensive understanding of various functions within the company, including food science, sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, IT, and engineering.

What to bring to the role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid NIE and Social Security Number.
• Interest in working across multiple countries and cultures.
