As Virtuagym continues to grow, we are looking for a new team member to join our Customer Success team in EMEA, based in Amsterdam. As a Customer Service Consultant for the Benelux market, your responsibilities will include creating excellent customer experiences and enhancing our client success initiatives. Our office is located in central Amsterdam, and while we encourage idea exchange and team gatherings, we are a remote-friendly company. This is a full-time, remote position working from Spain with our global teams.

What This Role Looks Like

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be pivotal in ensuring our clients' long-term satisfaction and success. Your main tasks include providing exceptional support, building relationships, and driving growth within our diverse client base. Join us in our goal to promote health and happiness worldwide.

Key Tasks

  • Investigate and resolve system issues in collaboration with the product department;
  • Provide efficient support via email and phone;
  • Build and nurture customer relationships to increase retention and loyalty;
  • Offer creative solutions, handle objections, and de-escalate challenging situations;
  • Encourage upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer lifetime value;
  • Address churn risks, cancellations, and payment issues;
  • Contribute to process improvements through feedback and projects.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proficiency in written and spoken Dutch (native) and good English skills;
  • Tech-savvy, critical thinker, with problem-solving skills;
  • Structured, organized, with good time management and attention to detail;
  • Ability to follow instructions and processes accurately;
  • Confidence, adaptability, positive attitude;
  • Preferred experience in SaaS/software customer support (not a call center).
