1. Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market, and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.
2. Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, complete contract signing, and achieve annual sales targets.
3. Track the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, foreign exchange collection, etc.) and deal with related issues in a timely manner.
4. Manage international customer relationships, including contact, meetings, receptions, and visits.
5. Supervise customers to recover payments promptly and reduce accounts receivable.
6. Assist customers in developing sales policies and promoting sales.
Job requirements :
1. Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, Seed Industry, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the agricultural or fertilizer industry.
3. Willing to undertake international business trips.
4. Good communication skills and strong execution ability.
5. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a foreign language, with the ability to communicate directly with foreigners.
6. Must be a local citizen.
