EY wavespace Madrid is seeking a data scientist with expertise in Generative AI technologies to design and develop cutting-edge Gen AI solutions. EY wavespace is innovating AI products that aim to transform EY and its clients, creating a model for how AI can redefine industries and large companies. Leveraging EY’s global network of over 250,000 professionals, we aim to offer AI solutions that revolutionize business operations worldwide.

We are developing innovative AI technologies and products to transform EY and our clients. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to building advanced AI solutions utilizing techniques such as natural language processing, computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning.

You will lead significant portions of the design, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art Generative AI models. Responsibilities include guiding project deliverables, mentoring team members, estimating efforts, and effectively communicating your approach and results. You will work within a diverse, global team with mentors supporting your growth in both technical and business areas.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Generative AI models to automate tax-related processes and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in Generative AI.
• Optimize and refine existing Generative AI models for better performance and accuracy.
• Provide technical mentorship and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through documentation and presentations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in Generative AI.

Requirements :

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying Generative AI models, preferably within the tax or finance sectors.
• Experience building complex software systems deployed to active user bases.
• Proficiency in Natural Language Processing.
• Proven success in delivering complex Generative AI projects and deriving insights from large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with creative and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• A portfolio of successful Generative AI projects or research publications is highly desirable.
