We're seeking a full-time Graphic Designer who’s passionate about design, creativity, and wellness. This is an excellent opportunity to drive exciting campaigns, work alongside experienced professionals, and elevate your design expertise in a collaborative, real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ad Creation : Design engaging weekly ad creatives (both image and video formats) for Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook) that captivate, resonate with key markets, and drive engagement.
• Brand Consistency : Develop visually compelling designs while maintaining consistent brand identity and aesthetics across all materials.
• Digital Campaigns & Collateral Design : Lead the creation of email marketing campaigns, social media content, website assets, and marketing collateral for product launches and promotions.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with the marketing and content teams, brainstorming ideas and executing visually engaging designs aligned with campaign goals.
• Innovation : Stay up-to-date with design trends and think creatively to bring fresh ideas that push the boundaries within our brand’s guidelines.
• Market Understanding : Leverage market insights to design visuals that capture the audience's attention effectively.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• A strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for creativity and wellness.
• Experience in creating designs for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral is a plus.
