Our service guarantees $50k–$250k/month in additional revenue, leading to a growing client base and team.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, strategy, and results for 5–8 ecommerce brands.
• Lead a team (copywriter, designer, Klaviyo tech) to execute strategies and manage campaigns, flows, and client communication.
• Develop and oversee email strategies, campaign calendars, and ensure timely, error-free execution.
• Optimize automated flows through testing and improvements.
• Manage and delegate tasks within your team, ensuring high standards and quality assurance.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and team members, providing updates and reports.
• Own the success and challenges of client accounts, acting with extreme ownership.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in ecommerce email marketing strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Availability for full-time work, preferably during US EST hours (9am–5pm).
• Organized, accountable, and capable of managing multiple accounts.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to QA creative assets and copy for brand consistency.
