What are we looking for?

The mission of a process and product engineer at Interflex is to design improvements or adjustments in products and manufacturing processes, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency. Working closely with teams, you will propose improvements to increase quality, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Daily responsibilities include :

  • Analyzing and optimizing manufacturing products and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Developing and implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Conducting time and motion studies to optimize operations.
  • Coordinating with other departments to implement new technologies and automation.
  • Supervising compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Preparing technical reports and presenting improvement proposals.
  • Training operators in good manufacturing practices.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process optimization in industrial environments.
  • Academic background : Bachelor's in Engineering (preferably Industrial or Mechanical).
  • Positive valuation for training or master's in product & process innovation and sustainability.
  • Skills : Fluent in spoken and written English, proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Office, PowerBI, and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation. Knowledge of plastic injection and extrusion, and metal stamping and profiling is a plus.
