ODEON Tours DMC Spain - Contract Assistant Specialist

ODEON Tours Destination Services and Destinations Management provides services to tour operators from Belarus and other CIS countries, Czech Republic, Estonia, Balkan countries, Germany, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Türkiye, and Ukraine, with its own destination services companies in Türkiye, Egypt, Thailand, UAE, Spain, Greece, and Vietnam.

We are looking for a Destination Services Specialist with the following qualifications:

1. At least 4 years of working experience in a travel agency or hotel, with experience in booking, contracting, reservation processes, or pricing.
2. At least 2 years of contracting experience in the German Market.
3. Good knowledge of the German Market and competitors.
4. Experience in contract updates (SPO, EB, Stop Sales, etc.), assisting the reservation department.
5. Ability to analyze market trends and identify new streams of business.
6. Experience in monitoring contract performance, allocations, special offers, and price comparisons.
7. Good knowledge of MS Office.
8. Proficiency in English.

• Good communication skills, able to explain complex situations simply.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up daily.
• Ability to work under time pressure and strict deadlines.
• Result-oriented, a good team player, well-disciplined, and well-organized.
