About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us unlock growth across the entire user journey — from acquisition to retention — through product experimentation and data insights.

You’ll work closely with product, marketing, CRM, design, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and optimize the experience for both users and chefs.

This is an on-site role based at our Madrid headquarters.

Responsibilities

Analyze product usage data to uncover friction points and growth opportunities

Design, implement, and track experiments to improve activation, conversion, and retention

Propose new features, flows, or UX changes in collaboration with product and design

Work with CRM and marketing teams to align user onboarding, nurturing, and re-engagement strategies

Help build a rapid experimentation culture , using a hypothesis-driven, iterative approach

Own and optimize key product-led growth loops

Requirements

3+ years in a growth, product, or analytics role within tech or digital-first companies

Strong hands-on experience with Amplitude and HubSpot

Fluent in Spanish and English – you’ll work with both local and global teams

Experience running A / B tests and interpreting data to inform decisions

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn – a self-starter with high execution velocity

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Have experience in B2C marketplaces or platform businesses

Are comfortable working alongside engineers and designers

Know the basics of SQL or use no-code tools like Airtable, Zapier, Retool, etc.
