Spain Medical Representative - Murcia Region

The Medical Representative's area of responsibility is aligned with the company's commercial objectives, encompassing sales and other skills that impact the company's profitability and competence.

He/she is also responsible for managing and achieving appropriate positioning of products and brands with clients.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Activity Planning :
   • Design suitable routes to ensure the right visit frequency for segmented clients.
   • Follow objectives.
   • Classify clients with the Sales Manager according to defined parameters.
   • Update client profiles.
   • Prepare visits based on client profiles and cycle priorities.
2. Commercial Activity Development :
   • Achieve daily visit averages established by the company and maintain regular frequency.
   • Conduct product presentations following company rules to obtain recommendations/prescriptions with market arguments.
   • Maintain adequate product portfolio training to effectively communicate advantages.
   • Deliver added value to customers by understanding their situation and tailoring the speech to meet their needs.
   • Monitor competitors' actions.
3. Activity Reporting :
   • Complete daily reports.
   • Report on activity competence, etc., in the morning.
   • Propose commercially suitable actions in agreement with the Sales Manager to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Graduated
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Evidence of sales success and track record.
• Thorough understanding of the local health system.
• Understanding of the compliance environment and relevant codes of practice.
• Credibility with clinicians and health system personnel, including KOLs.
• Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office.
