Description

FORCADELL, a well-established and leading company in the real estate sector, is looking to fill several technical-administrative positions in the Property Management department across various commercial offices:
Terrassa: 2 positions
Gavà: 1 position
Granollers: 1 position
Mollet del Vallès: 1 position
Palma de Mallorca: 1 position

The selected candidate will support the management of property portfolios, handling and coordinating general administrative tasks. Knowledge of the real estate sector is required, with a particular focus on property management.

Responsibilities

  • Following up on overdue payments.
  • Handling incidents, liaising with contractors, and tracking insurance claims.
  • Accounting of repair invoices.
  • Invoicing (administrative tasks).
  • Managing new property owners, changes in ownership, SEPA documents, receipts, and direct debits.
  • Issuing certificates for homeowners’ associations and individual owners (proof of payment status).
  • Reviewing and verification of settlement statements.
  • Receiving ordinary and extraordinary maintenance invoices.
  • Delivery of meetings and official minutes.
  • Monitoring and listing weekly homeowner meetings and reserving meeting rooms.
  • Preparing meeting notices (lists, etc.) and related documents.
  • Delivering notices and circulars to property owners, envelope stuffing.

Conditions

  • Type of contract: permanent
  • Working hours: Mon–Thu 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM (flexible) / Fri 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Training provided by the company
  • Access to an e-learning training platform

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education
  • Minimum experience: 1 year
  • Languages: Native or bilingual Spanish and Catalan (spoken and written). Knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in property management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Office suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance, dynamic attitude, and a customer-oriented mindset.
