Job Summary :

Real Chemistry’s 21GRAMS is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy / Art to help establish our growing global network. This role is both creative and entrepreneurial – you’ll be a key early hire helping us expand outside the US / UK.

You will partner with account and strategy leads to help establish a local presence in your hired market. You will deliver local insights and cultural nuance to our UK-based International Hub for our largest clients, while participating in global briefs and local business development.

This role requires prior healthcare experience both globally and locally. We are hiring in Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland.

Please note, where Real Chemistry does not have a legal entity, you will be hired through a local Employer of Record (EoR).

What You’ll Do :

• Generate compelling ideas across media channels based on insights.
• Establish a local market presence with account and strategy leadership.
• Work with Art / Copy, as needed, to produce standout campaigns aligned with client strategy.
• Oversee daily deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Provide local insights and cultural relevance for UK-based clients.
• Contribute to global briefs and local new business activities.
• Identify and interview prospective creative candidates.
• Manage teams, client relationships, and creative output.
• Mentor team members internally and externally.
• Manage awards submissions and case studies.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 8+ years of healthcare / pharma experience in an agency setting.
• Global and local market expertise.
• Experience in healthcare marketing and advertising for HCP and patient audiences.
• Proven creative ability and judgment.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
• Self-motivated, independent worker.
• Bilingual in English and local language(s).
