About To Be Connected: To Be Connected is a Dutch family business involved in IT services for retail chains since 2007. Our customers contact our Service Desk whenever their cash registers or peripherals are not functioning optimally.
Your task is to assist these customers by telephone promptly. Specific IT knowledge is not required; good communication skills and basic computer literacy are essential. You will learn the rest during your training period at To Be Connected.

The First-Line Service Desk position is open 7 days a week during store hours. The role is for candidates interested in working between 32-40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts that vary weekly. You will work alongside colleagues from our new office located in the Beach Trade Center Jávea, within walking distance of the beach.
