We are currently looking to hire a técnico/a de gestión administrativa who, under the hierarchical supervision of the HR management, will support both the HR department and various other areas within our factory in Sotrondio. Responsibilities:

  1. Support in HR and labor department tasks.
  2. Manage administrative processes related to personnel management, labor relations, training, occupational risk prevention, and HR.
  3. ERP and database management.
  4. Communicate with public administrations.
  5. Administer vacation/permits/licenses.
  6. Archive employee labor documentation.
  7. Verify employee documentation.
  8. Distribute PPE, uniforms, and work materials.
  9. Perform administrative tasks related to the position.
  10. Assist in administrative functions for quality and business development areas.
  11. Greet and attend to visitors.
  12. Handle phone inquiries.
  13. Prepare reports as needed.
  14. Assist in organizing HR-related corporate events (kick-offs, annual events, team building, management committees, etc.).
  15. Coordinate travel arrangements.
  16. Manage employee benefits policies (gifts for births, weddings, birthdays, special permissions, etc.).
  17. Handle internal and external communications.

Requirements:

  1. Degree as Técnico en Gestión Administrativa or Higher Technician in Administration and Finance.
  2. Previous experience and knowledge of the described functions.
  3. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  6. Immediate availability for onboarding.
  7. High level of spoken and written English.
  8. Own vehicle to access the facilities.
