HR Representative

Job Description

We are reinforcing our site HR team at our location in Lezama and are looking for a dedicated HR Representative to join us.

What You Can Look Forward to as HR Representative :

• Labor Contracts : Develop and manage labor contracts, including new hires, extensions, and settlements. Monitor daily time and attendance, and control absenteeism. Coordinate with temp agencies for recruiting temporary labor.
• Payroll & Social Security : Calculate payroll, Social Security contributions, and taxes.
• EHS Collaboration : Work with the EHS team to manage necessary training and plan annual medical checks.
• Staff Training : Promote and manage staff training initiatives, develop the annual training plan, and manage grants through the Tripartite Foundation.
• Employee Support : Address staff queries and provide support.

Your Profile as HR Representative :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Labor Sciences, or Labor Relations. Master's degree in Human Resource Management is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of related Human Resources experience.
• Familiarity with labor legislation, Social Security, EHS matters, and ISO standards (ISO TS 16494, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
