Located in the heart of Madrid, within walking distance of key attractions, it comprises seven historic buildings transformed into a dynamic destination. It features rooftop dining by Spanish celebrity chef Dani García, Asian-Mediterranean cuisine at our award-winning modern cocktail bar and restaurant Isa, and a four-level Wellness Centre with a sunlit pool terrace, bringing new levels of luxury and service to locals and guests alike.

Located near the financial district and major attractions, the hotel is a collection of seven historic buildings that redefine urban elegance and luxury. After careful restoration, it offers 200 rooms, including 39 suites, 22 luxury residences, a vibrant brasserie combining Michelin-starred specialties with traditional Andalusian cuisine and a rooftop terrace, an informal gastrobar serving Asian-inspired dishes and exclusive cocktails, a state-of-the-art spa, elegant event spaces, and luxury shops.

Responsibilities of the Kitchen Assistant:

We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. This role is essential within the Food & Beverage team, dedicated to providing exceptional service and top-quality cuisine. The Kitchen Assistant supports food preparation and menu execution according to standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Main responsibilities include:

  1. Handling food in accordance with quality standards and customer requests.
  2. Operating, maintaining, and cleaning kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, etc.
  3. Keeping the workspace clean and organized.
  4. Having solid knowledge of food safety guidelines and understanding various cuts.
  5. Contributing to food traceability.
  6. Managing and prioritizing tasks.

Ideal candidate for Kitchen Assistant:

The ideal candidate should have excellent teamwork skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. They must operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment properly. Candidates should possess a relevant Vocational Training qualification in hospitality, with kitchen experience preferred but not essential. Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and systems is required. Flexibility to work on holidays and weekends is necessary. All documents must be in order to work in Spain, and fluency in Spanish is required.
