Position Overview:
An established outpatient pediatric clinic in San Clemente, CA is expanding its care team and hiring a Pediatrician for a full-time role. This is a great opportunity to join a clinic that values long-term relationships with families and offers a supportive, well-resourced work environment.

Annual Salary:
$220,000 to $250,000

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Care Environment:
Outpatient pediatric setting

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care, from newborn checkups to adolescent visits
• Administer routine immunizations and monitor growth and development
• Educate parents and guardians on managing health conditions and promoting wellness
• Keep medical records up to date using EMR
• Collaborate with pediatric specialists when referrals are needed

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Pediatrics
• Valid California medical license or license in progress
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced outpatient environment
