A day in the life
Your daily activities will include representing Amazon and D&C GESS to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while continuously improving processes, costs, quality, health & safety, and sustainability. You will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, motivate team members, and communicate across departments and with executive management. You will analyze project plans, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
You will negotiate contract terms with stakeholders, conduct site validation, due diligence, risk analysis, design management, and manage stakeholder and vendor relationships. You will familiarize yourself with zoning, fire, and building codes, and act as the primary escalation point for project feasibility assessments, tracking issues to resolution.
