Based at our headquarters in Barcelona as well as in other strategic locations around the globe, The Hotels Network team is made up of over 155 people from 35 different nationalities. To fuel our continued rapid growth, we are looking for a Kitt Onboarding Specialist to join our team based in Barcelona

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding of KITT, THN’s AI-powered guest service agent.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation processes, from client kick-off through go-live.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience.
  • Configure and personalize KITT according to each hotel’s brand, guest journey, and operational requirements.
  • Support clients in integrating KITT with their systems (e.g., booking engines, PMS) in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Monitor onboarding timelines and proactively address any blockers or dependencies to maintain momentum.
  • Gather client feedback and usage data during onboarding to contribute to product improvements and internal best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Client Onboarding, Implementation, or Project Management—preferably in SaaS, hospitality tech, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages like Spanish or French are a plus.
  • Strong tech knowledge / Eager to learn about software.
  • Maintain high levels of client success by delivering exceptional service and fostering satisfaction and speed.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and stakeholders simultaneously.
