Development Engineer - Control Engineering (m / f / d)

Responsibilities :

• Development, optimization and testing of model-based functional and control concepts for an electro-hydraulic brake system.
• Carrying out dynamic simulations to analyze, improve and validate system performance.
• Integration and testing of the developed control concepts in prototypes and series applications.
• Setting up and using measurement technology to verify and validate system functions and parameters.
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of test bench measurements.

Professional Requirements :

• Degree in engineering, preferably in mechatronics, automation technology or a comparable field of study.
• Experience in the application of control engineering and working with sensors, actuators and control systems, ideally in the field of electrohydraulic systems.
• Experience in modeling and simulating dynamic systems and corresponding software tools (e.g. MATLAB / Simulink, ideally also C / C++).
• Knowledge and practical experience with measurement technology as well as the ability to analyze data and interpret test results.
• At least three years of professional experience in a comparable environment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good written and spoken German beneficial.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
