Within the Energy Carriers Business Line, we are looking for a SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER to be employed in the MILAN ELE department.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, your activities will include:

1. Prepare Protection and Metering diagrams;
2. Prepare technical documentation (e.g., specifications, data sheets) for electrical equipment (MV, LV Switchboard / MCC, transformers, distribution boards) and review vendor deliverables (vendor follow-up);
3. Define and issue market requests for quotation (RFQ) and perform Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE);
4. Review client technical documentation and requirements;
5. Interface directly with client representatives to review technical documentation;
6. Participate in electrical system design reviews;
7. Identify technical queries, deviations, and suggest optimizations;
8. Contribute to defining electrical engineering requirements;
9. Prepare project design criteria for electrical systems;
10. Define the configuration of electrical systems and single-line diagrams;
11. Manage the electrical load balance of the distribution network.

Requirements :

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent;
• Knowledge of English at B2 level;
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing electrical equipment specifications, data sheets, and vendor follow-up; previous experience in a similar role within engineering companies serving energy or O&G sectors;
• Knowledge of international electrical standards;
• Soft skills: Ability to work within an international team; flexible approach to different audiences; persistence to ensure successful outcomes; curiosity and a learning orientation.

LOCATION : Milan HQ. Availability to travel for short and long periods within Italy and abroad.
