We are looking for
A driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) who aims to contribute to our Sales Team's growth and success.
Your responsibilities include:
- Research and prospect new clients in Portugal.
- Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints.
- Present our solutions to a range of stakeholders, including Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and foster growth.
- Collaborate with the Sales Executive and the entire Sales Team to create a positive feedback loop.
Your Basic Qualifications
- Native level of Portuguese and good command of English.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields.
- Hunger: eagerness to face challenges and raise the bar daily.
- Proactivity: actively propose value-creating solutions and embrace learning from mistakes.
- Flexibility: comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with limited certainties.
- Legal documents to work in Spain (NIE, TIE, Spanish bank account, social security number, etc.).
