JOB SUMMARY

As a member of the B2B Digital Sales team, based in Madrid, you will join the digital experience team at the corporate office. Your responsibilities will include managing web enhancements and projects, identifying improvement opportunities, and overseeing their implementation from start to finish—analyzing problems, proposing solutions, managing developments, and deploying in production.

You will report to the B2B Digital Sales Manager.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Understand user needs and interactions with our website (nhpro.com).
  • Manage requirement prioritization and translate them into product specifications.
  • Collaborate with product owners and designers to create mock-ups.
  • Coordinate with the development team on implementation details and timelines.
  • Conduct quality testing.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap through creative projects.
  • Analyze and report on product usage, customer feedback, and success indicators to guide improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally with development, design, content, and marketing teams in an international environment.

EXPERIENCE

Experience managing web and mobile developments, including enhancements and bug fixes, with Agile methodologies, is highly valued.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TMS, and other relevant software.
