SITE MANAGER – FOREMAN / FOREWOMAN, Bilbao, España

GANTREX is a world leader in solutions for cranes and special rails. We are looking for a SITE MANAGER – Foreman / Forewoman to join our GANTREX SPAIN team.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Elaboration of budgets
2. Definition of the work team, tools, and execution deadlines
3. Preparation of the start-up of the work
4. Management and control of deadlines and costs of the work
5. Daily communication with the site foreman for work planning
6. Liaison with the client and subcontractors for monitoring and coordination of the work
7. Invoicing and payments

Qualifications, Experience, and Requirements

• Engineering degree (preferably industrial, specialising in mechanics or metallic structures)
• Experience working and supervising in construction, industrial, and assembly environments
• Project management, control, and monitoring skills
• Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous with good communication skills
• Minimum 3 years experience as a manager in a similar industrial, mechanical, or construction role
• Knowledge of office automation tools
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is highly desirable
• Availability to travel and be on-site punctually (mainly France and Belgium)
