Lead a team of specialists and drive growth

You will cooperate with other team leads and specialists across our offices, and with your colleagues, you will play an important role in ensuring our offerings remain competitive.

You will be responsible for :

• Managing and leading a team of 3-4 Paid Search Specialists, ensuring continuous growth in their skillset and career progression.
• Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Creating Paid Search strategies for clients that align with broader marketing and business goals.
• Identifying new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Periodic quality checks and inspection.
• Staying updated on industry trends and new products to maintain a competitive edge.

As an experienced team member, you will play a key role in driving growth, improving processes, and fostering a collaborative work environment. You will oversee the strategic direction and together with your team make sure the execution and performance optimization across platforms are best in class.

We create value-driven solutions with our clients by leveraging the latest technology, sharp consulting, business insight, and execution from A to Z. Our team consists of Directors, Seniors, Specialists and Associates across our three offices in Denmark. A collaborative environment where every voice is heard is a top priority for us.

This is you

We are looking for an inspiring and results-driven Team Lead to guide our paid search specialists. You have a track record of successfully leading teams and fostering a motivating and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in paid search, preferably within an agency, and a strong desire to combine that expertise with effective team leadership.

Furthermore, you are :

• Passionate about how challenges are solved using the latest tools, and you keep up to date with trends.
• A problem solver who takes pride in meeting your deadlines.
• A strong interpersonal communicator with transparent and direct engagement across teams and stakeholders.
• Independent, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Eager to identify business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Able to see the bigger picture while maintaining attention to detail.
• A deep interest in the digital marketing and paid search landscape.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and have hands-on experience with data analysis for optimizing campaigns, including platforms like Google Ads.
