Analytics Senior Business Development Manager

As an Analytics Senior Business Development Manager, you will drive the evolution of media efficiency solutions (MMM Lift) in Spain. Key Responsibilities :

  • Guide and support the delivery of marketing mix modeling and other brand & media efficiency analytics projects with the help of local and global teams.
  • Achieve sales targets by acquiring new buying points from current clients and new prospects.
  • Identify new business opportunities by understanding AI data production and transformations.
  • Apply your personal business network in selling within marketing and media.
  • Develop outbound BDR-led strategies and plans, build new opportunities, and support initial cross-analytics portfolio conversations with prospects.
  • Discover prospect needs and triggers to develop win strategies that drive sales of focused solutions.
  • Establish relationships with key contacts and prospective clients using the Kantar client network as well as your personally established network.
  • Lead RFP and proposal processes by collaborating with teams, coordinating client timelines, and developing pitch collateral.

Skills & Experience Needed :

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing mix model projects and machine learning for sales forecasting advising clients.
  • Experience in both online and offline media planning and optimization.
  • 5+ years in sales, meeting revenue targets, selling marketing analytics solutions to marketing decision-makers and analytics leaders.
  • A hunting mentality with experience using an existing network of client relationships and generating leads.
  • Proven success in generating revenue with new business / new logo accounts.
  • Experience within primary insights generation, survey-based and data sources, meta-integration.
  • Knowledge of brand marketing, custom research, and measurement is a plus.
  • Ability to translate sophisticated concepts into concise, insightful messaging.
  • Excellent commercial competence, stellar presentation, and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Highly motivated self-starter and a driver of change and transformation.
  • Ambition to establish and develop new business.
