Meet your future department

The talent management and HR processes team in the Southern European Cluster aims for efficiency in attracting, engaging, and developing talent, aligning activities with the company culture and global guidelines. The team fosters an inclusive, innovative, and lifelong learning environment to support sustainable growth.

How can you help us?

Support talent acquisition, L&D, and performance management strategies, ensuring process efficiency and continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals.

Main responsibilities

• Talent Attraction: Manage sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes, develop metrics, and support reporting and compliance.
• Learning & Development: Identify opportunities, coordinate logistics, manage documentation, and monitor training activities.
• Performance Management: Support evaluation processes, manage platforms, and assist HRBPs with reporting.

Skills and Competencies

Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management, proficiency in English (B2/C1), knowledge of HR platforms like SuccessFactors, and skills in project management, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving. Knowledge of AI solutions and digital platforms is a plus.
