We are seeking experienced Dutch-speaking Real Estate Agents to join our team in Costa del Sol. As part of Developments.es and NewBuildProperties.com, a dynamic Danish-owned real estate company, we focus on new build properties, offering transparency and customer satisfaction. Our rapid growth over the past 7 years has expanded from Costa del Sol to Costa Blanca and Dubai.

We provide our agents with tools and support, including a dedicated back-office team handling developments, legal matters, and administration, allowing agents to focus on serving clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide international clients through the home-buying process
• Conduct property tours (virtual & in-person)
• Negotiate deals & coordinate legal formalities
• Stay informed on the Costa del Sol real estate market

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience, preferably in new build sales or sales in general
• Fluent in Dutch/Flemish & English (additional languages are a plus!)
• Driver’s license & access to a personal vehicle
