The Job

You will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across APAC. The role involves phone-based interactions primarily via outbound calls.

  • Achieve quarterly Key Performance Metrics and maintain activity levels daily and weekly
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify high potential prospects, including new business and upselling
  • Execute outbound prospecting to source, contact, and engage prospective customers
  • Educate customers about our offerings
  • Make daily outbound calls and emails (mostly cold calling), contact C-level decision makers, build rapport, and assess needs
  • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and match business needs to Cloud security solutions (solution-selling)
  • Maintain prospect and customer data in CRM (Salesforce.com), managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities
  • Work towards team and individual KPIs related to productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline

The Profile

  • Native level of Swedish and advanced English
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience in outbound sales within the IT industry
  • Some understanding of cloud computing concepts
  • Ability to connect business needs with solutions, strong business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, with high integrity and professionalism
  • Comfortable working against quotas in a phone-based environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Analytical mindset and proactive attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal and team goals
  • Organized with pipeline and time management skills
  • Cloud or Cyber Security certification
  • B2B sales experience within Cyber Security
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, confident, competitive, and tenacious
  • Understanding of the local market and business environment
