About The Role

We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to lead the delivery and scaling of crypto products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of crypto adoption in Europe, fostering financial innovation through effective operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading new crypto product and service launches in Europe
• Designing and managing daily operational workflows for crypto features
• Partnering with Legal and Compliance teams to implement KYC / AML controls
• Shaping operational processes for development, issuance, and reporting across Revolut
• Coordinating onboarding with third-party providers like custodians and liquidity partners
• Monitoring operational risks, resolving issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to develop automation tools

What You'll Need

• 4+ years in operations, strategy, risk, or product roles within fintech, banking, or payments
• Experience managing complex, regulated financial processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills and partnership navigation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
• Knowledge of crypto markets and regulations (e.g., MiCA, e-money)

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated EU financial institutions
• Background in blockchain products, token mechanics, or custody platforms
• Experience with regulatory submissions and audits
• Knowledge of European payments infrastructure like SEPA and SWIFT
