Quality Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Determine and implement quality control procedures to ensure flawless execution of projects
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement quality improvement initiatives
3. Conduct thorough audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
4. Develop and maintain documentation of quality processes and procedures
5. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement to optimize operational efficiency
6. Train and educate team members on quality standards and effective strategies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience
2. Proven experience in quality assurance
3. Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
