From the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration , we are seeking a full-time faculty member to teach in the Department of Business Organization starting from the academic year 2025 / 2026.

Subjects to be taught include :

• Operations Management
• Project Design and Management
• International Business Management
• Business and Entrepreneurship

Education and Training requirements :

• PhD in Business Administration and Management or a similar degree within the business field.
• Additional postgraduate studies or courses related to 'business organizations' are valued.

Languages :

• High proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 level) is required. Teaching will be conducted in both languages.

Professional, teaching, and research experience :

• Experience in teaching, research, or professional practice related to the subjects to be taught.
• Teaching accreditations are advantageous.
• Research publications in relevant areas, participation in research groups, seminars, or congresses are valued.

Competencies and skills :

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to motivate students and generate impact.
• Pedagogical skills, including the use of diverse didactic and digital media and varied teaching methodologies.
• High emotional intelligence, including self-motivation, empathy, and influence.
