We are seeking an experienced and passionate People Excellence Partner to support the deployment of the One Sanofi People Strategy in Iberia. The role involves contributing to the achievement of company goals by delivering foundational P&C excellence (talent management, rewards & performance, organization, culture, etc.) while aligning with Sanofi's Global Business Strategy and culture.
Main responsibilities :
- Drive local deployment of global One Sanofi and P&C strategies and core processes across GBU / GF. Collaborate with People Business Partners and COEs to implement local people priorities and provide operational support, focusing on foundational P&C excellence. Assist managers with day-to-day P&C cycle activities as a second point of contact.
- Provide P&C support to execute business decisions.
- Update local processes, procedures, and policies according to CoE guidelines.
- Support delivery of people & culture activities requiring on-site presence or local language support.
- Assist with Talent Acquisition activities in partnership with the TA team.
- Deliver P4G workshops for talent development, support calibration reviews, and provide development advice to employees and managers locally.
- Support rewards and recognition initiatives, including collective labor agreement adjustments, personnel cost management, and local plans.
- Handle reporting requests using local data sources.
- Implement organizational changes, support union negotiations, and manage transitions and exits.
- Advise managers on employee relations and handle cases end-to-end.
- Support on-site relocations as needed.
- Promote continuous improvement through feedback and process enhancements.
- Encourage the use of Employee Self Service / Manager Self Service and One Support tools.
About you :
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience; international exposure is a plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels and represent P&C externally.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
