Senior HR Manager

Our client is a fast-growing Fintech (B2B) with offices in Amsterdam and Malaga (Spain). The organization is part of a large multinational. To support their ambitious growth plans, they are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Manager (People & Culture Manager). This is a broad position requiring a strong personality with experience in a demanding and fast-growing environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals, ambitions, and objectives.
2. Oversee day-to-day HR operations in Amsterdam and Malaga.
3. Further integrate and structure the organizations from an HR perspective in both locations.
4. Provide insights and recommendations on HR matters such as talent management, retention, and organizational development to upper management, investors, and the board.
5. Develop HR policies and solutions that support employee initiatives and organizational goals.

Profile

• Degree in HRM, organizational sciences, BA, or similar.
• Proven experience in a strategic HR role, preferably in a fast-growing, complex, international environment.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up is a strong plus; ability to thrive in high-pressure, demanding environments.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade at all organizational levels.
• Willing and able to travel regularly between Malaga and Amsterdam.
