The role involves managing the performance and development of the service provider network within the market. Responsibilities include daily follow-up and control of the service work order process, ensuring timely completions and process adherence. The role requires identifying performance issues, planning, and monitoring improvement activities, and collaborating with the local market Head of Customer Care to develop long-term service network strategies aligned with Hisense Europe's growth objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Performance Management : Act as the primary contact for service network issues, ensuring providers understand performance expectations through KPIs, reviewing performance, and driving improvements.
  • Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong partnerships with service providers, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Service Network Planning : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service providers' capabilities, compliance with regulations, and industry standards, adapting processes as needed.
  • Operational Support : Support service providers in achieving operational improvements and meeting business targets.

Key Experience & Skills

  • 2-3 years in Field Service Management within home appliances or service industry.
  • Degree in Economics and Management or related field; technical knowledge is a plus.
  • Advanced English (B2-C1).
  • Experience with international tech brands preferred.
  • Skills : Network management, relationship building, leadership, vendor management, data analysis, strategic thinking, and process optimization.
