Sales Delegate – Catalunya & Andorra

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where your ideas and initiative are valued? If so, we want you on our team.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Delegate to take ownership of a defined customer portfolio, delivering value through strategic selling, insightful market knowledge, and collaborative promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead direct sales efforts and manage commercial relationships within your portfolio.
  • Prepare and finalise commercial offers in collaboration with the contracting office.
  • Promote products through compelling messaging and expert technical explanations.
  • Expand and maintain customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and tailor sales plans to meet their needs.
  • Track and report market trends, competitor activity, and customer commitment compliance.
  • Implement marketing campaigns and support local promotional events such as conferences, meetings, and congresses.
  • Identify, resolve, and follow up on technical or management challenges, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar sales role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (SAP or Salesforce)
  • English proficiency at B2 level is an advantage
