What we are looking for?
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to execute our global delivery strategy.
Your mission will be to ensure the successful and high-quality delivery of technology solutions to our clients, exceeding their expectations. You will act as the link between our clients and our teams, fostering collaboration, building strong relationships, and nurturing a culture of excellence.
Main Responsibilities
Your projects may be structured as fixed price, T&M, support, or augmented, and you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, budget tracking, forecasting, and overseeing the execution and delivery of software and web projects. You will ensure their successful completion and oversee the project teams.
You will play a critical role in:
- Collaborating to meet strategic KPIs and goals for the Delivery department (e.g., CSAT score).
- Managing client needs and expectations, fostering positive relationships, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
- Owning the delivery of multiple engagements, managing scope, schedule, risks, and issues to ensure alignment with contractual commitments.
- Prioritizing roadmaps to ensure delivery teams deliver continuous releases and meet deadlines.
- Monitoring client engagements with appropriate reporting metrics (e.g., health checks, risk logs), and taking proactive actions.
- Reviewing new contracts or scope extensions.
- Maintaining oversight of engagement budgets, creating and monitoring billing plans, and forecasting revenue.
- Reviewing and approving timesheets for accurate invoicing.
- Managing staffing needs with early visibility and effective planning regarding capacity, budget, and opportunities.
- Collaborating on presales activities, providing advice, and presenting our ways of working.
- Supporting onboarding of new employees and engagement teams.
- Fostering team motivation and engagement, promoting empowerment, feedback, and collaboration.
- Supporting mentors, line managers, and mentees within your teams, providing guidance and performance management support.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
- Strong communication and active listening skills in English.
- Ability to adapt between agile and waterfall approaches depending on project needs.
- Effective skills in budget, risks, and issues management, with proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to foster collaborative, empowering environments that build strong relationships and recognize achievements.
