The impact you'll make:

As aGolang Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to thedevelopment of different platforms and applications; and collaboratingwith cross-functional teams to define new solutions.
Develop newfeatures for a large-scale software platform andapplications;
Keep the best practices and patterns in backenddesign and development;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams todefine, design, and ship solutions;
Continuously discover,evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize developmentefficiency.

Backend: Golang (primary),with best practices in clean architecture and microservices.
Cloud& Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS), Kubernetes,Docker.
Event-Driven Architecture: Apache Kafka for real-timetransaction processing.
APIs & Networking: Envoy Proxy (RPC),RESTful/gRPC services.
Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL (relational),NoSQL (for high-throughput data).
CI/CD: Git, Jenkins, automatedtesting/deployment pipelines

What you'll bring to us:

+8years of experience in Backend development
Working experience withGolang.
Proven FinTech industry experience (digital banking,payments, fraud detection, or compliance systems).
Experience inother languages is a nice to have;
Proficiency in databases(MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL);
Experience in Continuous Integrationand Delivery Tools: Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Git,Jenkins;
Familiarity with API creation and RESTfulservices;
Excellent English communication skills.
