German Jr. Digital Marketing Representative

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media, designing and executing marketing campaigns. You will help small to medium businesses grow by adjusting marketing and sales strategies in the digital sphere.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement digital marketing campaigns tailored to client needs
• Manage leads by contacting existing B2B customers daily, identifying sales opportunities
• Build trust with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as an online advertising strategy consultant
• Align online advertising solutions with clients' business goals
• Provide strategic campaign support and training to clients
• Increase revenue through upselling to existing clients
• Ensure high customer satisfaction focusing on quality and results

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus)
• Native-level German (first language)
• High proficiency in English
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising
• Strong analytical skills
• Desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and customer satisfaction targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitches and proposals
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Client-focused with a strong interest in customer interaction and business goals ownership
• Good time management and organizational skills
• European passport or Spanish residence card
