Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.

Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

The Platform Manager Automation (PMA) Services enable the HPS DU (Human Pharma Delivery Unit) Campaign Automation Services to build and automate campaign journeys efficiently, managing technical aspects of platforms. The primary platform is Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with potential use of other tools like Adobe Marketing Cloud, CDP, database management systems, and proprietary tools. The Platform Manager also maintains team-specific spaces within Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build campaign workflows and deliveries aligned with business needs and campaign briefings.
  • Ensure high-quality, on-time campaign execution, including measurement and QA.
  • Own and optimize campaign processes, drive innovation for efficiency and quality.
  • Provide technical specifications and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for software enhancements.
  • Debug workflow and delivery issues; report and track platform bugs with IT support.
  • Document enhancements, templates, and technical processes.
  • Create and maintain technical workflows, templates, landing pages, and HTML content.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Support Services and communicate closely with Platform Management Omnichannel.

Requirements & Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical studies or business administration with a strong tech background.
  • Excellent campaign and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • At least 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
  • At least 1 year of Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
  • Technical marketing automation certification (preferred).
  • Experience translating business and technical requirements into software enhancements.
  • Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and web API calls.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in software houses, consultancies, or project delivery environments (preferred).
  • Knowledge of email and website design (preferred).
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (a plus).
  • Pharma knowledge, including Veeva CRM (a plus).
  • Experience in production support and troubleshooting (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable.
  • Fluent in English.
