We aim to create a global movement that turns bucket-list dreams into reality—think: “Strava for Bucket Lists,” fueled by gamification, social storytelling, and epic group missions.

We are looking for a Head of Community to join our founding team—a world-class Tribe Builder who thrives on connection, culture, and contagious momentum. If you’ve built a magnetic, mission-driven community before and know how to make users feel seen, inspired, and part of something bigger, we want to hear from you.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): Ignite the Tribe

• Strategically lead community growth from 0 to 1M+ members, owning onboarding, engagement, retention, and referrals.
• Create Unshakable Culture: Define and evolve our community tone, rituals, content formats, and “Legends DNA” to make the culture viral, inclusive, and unforgettable.
• Run Experience-Led Activations: Design and execute epic online and offline events, challenges, and group experiences that embody the Legends spirit.
• Foster Creator Energy: Cultivate power users, brand evangelists, and local chapter leaders to scale their impact.
• Be the Voice of the Tribe: Provide qualitative insights from community interactions to product and marketing teams.

You Might Be a Fit If...

• You’ve successfully built or scaled a thriving community from scratch—think 100k+ members with real engagement.
• You have experience in marketing, travel, adventure, or creator brands, and love turning moments into movement.
• You understand virality, gamification, and growth loops better than most marketers.
• You’ve led community operations, including content calendars, engagement metrics, ambassador programs, and event planning.
• You’re strategic, hands-on, thrive in chaos, move fast, and possess a founder’s ownership mindset.
