Job Description

Provides strategic consultation for the Central Label Management Platform (part of Pharma Technical Operations) serving Pharma and Diagnostics customers. Responsibilities include defining or designing business processes, functions, and organizational structures, and using customer requirements to research, identify, and market enabling technologies. Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists, and Testing Teams.

Assesses current solutions, defines future needs, identifies gaps, and recommends new technology solutions and strategic business improvements. Engages in business process engineering/re-engineering, facilitates stakeholder sessions across disciplines to define requirements, assess processes, and evaluate technology solutions.

Conducts solution architecture research, PoCs, PoVs, feasibility assessments, and facilitates solution selection. Develops business and logical data and solution architectures involving software, network, hardware, and integrations. Performs impact assessments and creates mitigation plans for changes and enhancements.

Works with Enterprise Architects to define long-term architecture vision, integration patterns, and reviews technical portfolios. Creates and maintains Solution Architecture documentation. Develops IT Strategy & Roadmap aligned with strategic business needs.

Skills include 7-10 years of IT experience, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. Deep expertise in Pharma/Biotech/Dia industries, including Computerized System Validation, Data Privacy, GXP. Implementation experience with Global Label Management Systems and enterprise solutions. Proficiency across technology domains such as networks, systems, databases, security, Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and system integration.

Ability to understand new technologies quickly, stay updated with trends, and develop technology visions. Experience with architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman, designing solutions with architectural patterns. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with platform modernization (DevOps Automation), agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), and working across organizations.

Ability to lead consensus-building for new technologies and standards, define strategic visions, and communicate effectively.
