Now, we’re looking for a Consulting Operations Associate to help drive efficiency in our Consulting team.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep administrative systems and processes running smoothly.
  • Support day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency across teams.
  • Manage proposals, project tracking, timecards, expenses, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and generate project reports.

Commercial Support

  • Assist senior consultants with key commercial tasks.
  • Update and manage opportunities in our CRM.
  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and client communications.
  • Conduct market research to support business growth.

Administrative Support

  • Organize digital and physical information systems.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and coordinate travel arrangements for the team.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in the Life Sciences sector is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to adapt quickly.
  • Customer-focused with a positive approach.
