What’s the Job?
As a receptionist, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle questions about our social club, wellness, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our members feel at home in any location. Reports to the Spa Manager.

Your day-to-day

  1. Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience!
  2. Inform our guests about the initiatives, events and offering of our social club.
  3. Take and manage guest bookings and up-selling opportunities.
  4. Handle cash and credit transactions.
  5. Be a trusted contact for all members. Help them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary.
  6. Stay safe all the time. Following our safety procedures, you’ll report all incidents and wear any protective gear needed.
  7. Take pride in your appearance and place as a brand ambassador.
  8. Always know what events and activities are on the day’s schedule.

What we need from you

  1. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
  2. Experience working as a receptionist will be valuable.
  3. Must be fluent in local language and English, German will be highly valuable.
  4. Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.
