We’re looking for a Marketing Chief of Staff to lead our internal marketing team and oversee daily operations. Previously managed directly by the CEO, this role now involves taking charge of the department’s execution and team management.

You will be the CEO’s right hand, translating strategic vision into structured execution, managing a talented in-house team, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Opportunity overview

This role offers a chance to lead the marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company that values clarity, autonomy, and execution. You will implement strategy, ensure team alignment, motivate staff, and report on progress.

Key responsibilities :

  • Support the CEO in marketing strategy execution
  • Manage and lead the marketing team
  • Align team activities with company goals
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables
  • Enhance team motivation and accountability
  • Identify and resolve operational blockers
  • Report progress to leadership
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and resource planning

Onboarding milestones :

Within 1 month : Fully onboarded, understand Plytix’s PIM and team structure, start short-term planning.

Within 3 months : Fully managing the department, optimizing workflows, analyzing KPIs.

In 6 months : Trusted team leader, contributing to growth and strategic execution.

Collaborators include :

  • The CEO
  • Marketing team and external partners
  • Cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Sales, Customer Success

Candidate profile :

  • 5+ years in leadership, marketing operations, or project management
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in scale-ups
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Operational and analytical proficiency
  • Ownership mindset

Nice to have :

  • Experience scaling marketing teams or managing cross-functional projects
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Hiring and onboarding experience
