We are seeking an experienced Global Process Owner / Process Application Consultant to optimize SAP S/4 Sales, Distribution, and Transportation processes. We are seeking an experienced Global Process Owner / Process Application Consultant to optimize SAP S/4 Sales, Distribution, and Transportation processes. · Sales & Distribution (SD): Business partner management, sales planning, order processing, invoicing

· Transportation (TM): Multi-modal shipping (road, rail, vessel, air) with 3PL integration

· Global & Regional Process Owners

· Business Departments & Executive Management

· IT Service Providers & Offshore Teams

Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Business Economics, or related fields. Equivalent experience accepted.

Experience: 10+ years in SAP S/4 SD & TM, with hands-on configuration, optimization, and implementation.

Skills: Fluent in English, strong analytical thinking, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder management.

Deep knowledge of SAP SD & TM, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), pricing, billing, and credit management

Hands-on SAP S/4HANA customization, configuration, and process optimization

Experience with SAP FIORI apps, LE, and EWM integration

Ownership of global OTC & Transportation processes

Driving automation, efficiency improvements, and best practices

Strong stakeholder engagement between business, IT, and external providers

Expertise in SAP cross-module integration (SD, TM, EWM, FI-CO, MM, GTS)

Experience with EDI, IDocs, and APIs for seamless connectivity

Strong data analytics skills (SAP BW, SAC) for logistics KPI tracking

Leading SAP implementations, rollouts, and system upgrades

Fit-gap analysis, business requirements, and solution design

Agile/Waterfall project execution and user training programs

Optimize global SAP processes and align solutions with business goals

Act as a key decision-maker for process enhancements and best practices

Improve and automate OTC & transportation workflows

Expand SAP SD & TM capabilities across regional teams

Lead full-cycle SAP projects, from requirements to go-live

Oversee global SAP rollouts, ensuring regional and functional alignment

Drive change management and cross-functional adoption
